Mr. Baratta has over 50 years of experience in the Insurance & Reinsurance fields. Over the span of his career, along with his business partner, was instrumental in the development of Medical Stop Loss and the concept of long-term care insurance. His experience in all levels of management from financial planning, underwriting, and national sales prepared him to develop a cadre of entrepreneurial focused companies in related fields.
Nino has over 40 years of diverse industry experience, with a proven record of accomplishments in formulating the vision and structure of successful companies. He is also an Owner, Chief Operating Officer, and Managing Partner who has been recognized as a results oriented leader and for his entrepreneurial spirit. He has consistently created strategic measures with organization leaders to effectively align with and support key business initiatives and has built and retained high performance teams by hiring, developing, and motivating skilled professionals.
